Fish is generally a healthy food option...
Good food starts with good ingredients. In this section you’ll find simple, reliable recipes designed to let quality fish and seafood speak for themselves, alongside clear nutritional information to help you make informed choices. Whether you’re cooking something quick and classic or trying something a little different, this is practical guidance you can trust — no gimmicks, just well-balanced food that’s as good for you as it is to eat.
Most of the fish we sell is wild-caught rather than farmed (with the main exceptions being salmon, trout, and some bass). Wild fish is naturally nutrient-dense, rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and healthy oils that support overall wellbeing. We’ve included a detailed nutritional guide here for those who want to explore the benefits further. And for the true enthusiasts, there’s an excellent book worth reading: Everyone’s Favourite Fish by Gerry Skews. (I'd like to say "No Relation" but - it's my Dad)
